Marilena Pitino is a communication expert and journalist.
For over ten years, she has worked for international agencies on innovative marketing and multimedia communication projects for important clients such as IKEA Italia.
Passionate about design, architecture, trends, travel, and food, she is currently Market Editor at AD Italia; in the past, she has written for Elle Decor, Living - Corriere della Sera, and Stile Gazzetta dello Sport, and also contributes to The Good Life Italia. Over the years, she she has honed a particular narrative interest based on the quest for "genius loci" projects, in order to develop new methods of storytelling.
Born in Sicily and now living in Milan, after taking a degree in Foreign Languages and Literature from the University of Catania, she completed two master’s degrees: one in European Public Relations in Rome and one in Journalism at RCS Academy, Corriere della Sera in Milan.
