What are cookies?

Cookies are small strings of texts that sites visited by users send to their terminal, where they are stored and then retransmitted to the same sites when the same user visits them again.
The information encoded in cookies may include personal data, such as, but not limited to, the IP address from which the connection is made, a username or a unique identifier.

What types of cookies do we use?

FLA Eventi uses cookies and other tracking tools (hereinafter collectively referred to as "cookies") that are both first-party (i.e., installed directly by FLA Eventi) and third-party (i.e., enabling services provided by external parties).
In addition to the descriptions provided for each cookie category, more information on third-party cookies and how to opt out can be found on the respective providers’ websites and privacy policies.

FLA Eventi uses technical cookies and/or similar tracking technologies to ensure the proper functioning of the Website, to provide users with the services they request, and to record their consent preferences for the use of specific cookie categories.
The use of analytical cookies is considered equivalent to technical cookies when they are used directly by the website owner for site optimization purposes. These may include collecting aggregated statistical data about user behavior and website visits.
When analytics are handled by third parties, such cookies can only be treated as technical cookies if user data is properly anonymized and is neither shared with further third parties nor combined with other processing activities.
The installation and use of technical or equivalent cookies and similar tracking tools does not require prior user consent. The legal basis for such processing is the legitimate interest of the data controller.

FLA Eventi also uses non-technical cookies and tracking tools to associate specific actions or recurring behavior patterns with identified or identifiable individuals when using the website’s features. This allows us to group users into homogeneous clusters, enabling personalized services and targeted advertising aligned with user preferences.
User consent is required for the use of such cookies and tracking tools.
Providing consent is optional; however, if the user chooses to block these tracking tools, certain features may not be available.

FLA Eventi retains personal data collected through cookies only for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.
Such personal data may be processed by FLA Eventi’s employees or collaborators, duly authorized and trained, or by third-party data processors engaged by FLA Eventi to manage the Website and cookies. Data may also be processed by third parties in relation to their own cookies and tracking tools.

The use of cookies and other tracking tools may involve the transfer of your data to third countries outside the European Union, which may not guarantee the same level of personal data protection; such transfer will take place in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, adopting all necessary measures to ensure data protection. For more information, you can write to the email address privacy@salonemilano.it.

Below is a summary of the cookies used by FLA Eventi on the Website, including: the provider, cookie name, type (first-party or third-party), and duration.
