Some design objects have the power to make any space unique and personal. They are extraordinary containers of stories – each piece has a narrative value that manages to imbue a space with personality. Rugs, vases, ceramic objects, consoles, fabrics and wallpaper all help to embellish domestic spaces and convey emotions. They are the reason the International Furnishing Accessories Exhibition was set up in 1989, with proposals for enriching the home furnishing sphere and now, more than ever, coming up with many and varied aesthetic options, in which the protagonists are increasingly sophisticated objects and products, fluid and almost sartorial, responding to the interior decoration and personalisation demands of every client’s domestic space. What brings all these pieces together at the exhibition is, as always, research, quality and attention to aesthetic detail.
