This allowed her to further her knowledge of design and architecture and to build up a professional network. She has been part of the Salone del Mobile.Milano Press and Communication Office since 2002, and at its helm from 2006 to 2012 and from 2017 to November 2019. She has been a professional journalist since 2000. She was a freelance translator for Italian and American publishing houses during the ‘90s, and in 1986 she became a licensed guide and tour manager for the Lombard Region, as well as a swimming instructor. Her motto is ‘the shortest distance between two points is an arabesque.’ Share Articles by Patrizia Malfatti 4 new books: 70 artists, 21 animals and 1 graphic culinary journey Stories 4 new books: 70 artists, 21 animals and 1 graphic culinary journey Patrizia Malfatti Four books, four subjects and a single common thread: originality Stories Four books, four subjects and a single common thread: originality Patrizia Malfatti Four books on sustainability and their myriad shades of green Stories Four books on sustainability and their myriad shades of green Patrizia Malfatti Three books for rediscovering the value of objects Stories Three books for rediscovering the value of objects Patrizia Malfatti 8 monographs, insights into the creativity of international designers Stories 8 monographs, insights into the creativity of international designers Patrizia Malfatti Ritzwell, 30 years of Japanese philosophy in a minimalist key Stories Ritzwell, 30 years of Japanese philosophy in a minimalist key Patrizia Malfatti 60 years with the Salone: the brands that have been on board from the start Exhibitions 60 years with the Salone: the brands that have been on board from the start Patrizia Malfatti Reissues of rattan furniture by Albini-Helg at the Salone 2022 Exhibitions Reissues of rattan furniture by Albini-Helg at the Salone 2022 Patrizia Malfatti Stories Achille Castiglioni and bathrooms Patrizia Malfatti Hicham Lahlou, worldwide African design leader Stories Hicham Lahlou, worldwide African design leader Patrizia Malfatti Load More
