A journalist for the Il Sole 24 Ore newspaper, a degree in philosophy from Bologna University, she has worked for the magazine IL since its launch in 2008, before moving to the digital newsroom of the daily newspaper in 2019. She has written about the economy, current affairs and design, rooting around to get behind the scenes of the stories. Over the years, she has worked on a myriad of forms of journalism, from reportages to columns, from longform writing to podcasts to social networks, all with a single aim: that of telling an interesting story. Since 2018 in the pages of IL, she has written the columns “Dall’oggetto al progetto” (From the Object to the Project), which narrates and photographs the genesis of design objects, and “L’avessi fatto io” (If Only I’d Made It): classic design pieces selected by contemporary designers for the influence they have wielded on their work. She has had the good fortune to interview masters of their craft like Enzo Mari and Ernesto Gismondi, as well as upcoming designers with innovative vision who are making inroads. One of them, who she met in 2010 standing in front of a Tesla, was Elon Musk, at the time just a serial entrepreneur, but one who was already dreaming of interplanetary civilisations
