Palazzo Touring Club Milan
In the former Palazzo Bertarelli in Milan’s city centre, just a stone’s throw from the iconic Piazza Duomo, Palazzo Touring Club Milan has established itself as a meeting point between past and present. With the renovation connected to the Radisson Hotel Group’s project, the Neoclassic building has started a new life with 89 rooms featuring high ceilings, smoked oak herringbone floors, and interiors inspired by the theme of “journey”. The structure’s redevelopment, curated by Studio Marco Piva, involved a monumental restoration and a redefinition of all interiors, combining Art Nouveau style with contemporary elements thanks to the use of materials such as dark wood, metal, and tactile surfaces. A selection of lamps by Vibia, Penta, Panzeri, Flos, and Fabbian creates a luminous path in keeping with the “journey” theme, while Calligaris and Pedrali furnishings enhance lounges, relaxation areas, and entrance halls. A peaceful oasis at the heart of the metropolis, designed for an unforgettable stay.

Nhow Milano
Nhow Milano hotel, created by renovating a former General Electric industrial building located on Via Tortona, stands out for its cosmopolitan and chameleon-like atmosphere. Its interiors were entrusted to designer and architect Matteo Thun, responsible also for much of the furnishings. Its 246 modern, colourful rooms leverage contemporary design and quality materials, with natural oak hardwood floors and decorative graffiti panels created by Pongo 3d on the walls. The upholstery reflects a high-quality selection from Kvadrat and Rubelli, while the floating bold Medusa chandeliers, designed by Jacopo Foggini, add a creative touch to the rooms. Other furnishings include the armchair by Matteo Thun for Poltrona Frau and the Choose lamps by Artemide, while chairs are by Adrenalina, Kartell, and Moroso.

The building has 231 rooms ranging from Classic to Superior, from Grand Superior to Executive and even has Executive Junior Suites, all furnished in classic and modern styles with warm, welcoming tones. The interior restoration and renovation focused on materials, lighting, and atmospheres that combine historic elements with contemporary solutions. The renovation project was entrusted to One Works S.p.A., which oversaw both the architectural design and the interiors of the communal spaces. Today, the hotel has been officially recognised as one of the city’s “Historic and Quality Accommodation Structures”, an accolade that honours the icons of Lombardy’s cultural and architectural heritage.

Hotel The Square Milano
Inaugurated in 2015, Hotel The Square Milano stands out for its contemporary and elegant style, representing the ideal choice for luxury accommodation and full comfort. Its 126 rooms offer sophisticated design and breathtaking views over historical roofs. On the tenth floor of the building, the unique Sky Room features a large semi-circular window and private terrace that overlooks the city and Torre Velasca. The designers behind the project curated the concept for the interiors by developing spaces inspired by the cinematographic vision of The Sheltering Sky, with chromatic contrasts that vary from brown to beige to black and a preference for wooden surfaces, wenge and oak in particular. The bathrooms are covered in white and ochre yellow marble, and enhanced by Artelinea and Dornbrach products.

Sheraton Milan San Siro
A completely renewed 4-star hotel that blends contemporary elegance with high international standards of hospitality, Sheraton Milan San Siro, located near the San Siro stadium, offers 310 rooms designed in minimalist style. Designer Chiara Caberlon curated its interiors and atmosphere, from the overarching concept to the selection of materials and furnishings. The building’s restyling was inspired by the “urban resort” model, where functionality and elegance are paramount. The look of the structure evokes 1960s style, injected with contemporary elements. Natural colour palettes, geometrical patterns, and high-quality materials were chosen for rooms and communal areas, where Pedrali was selected for the seating areas. Among other brands, the hotel chose Ethimo for outdoor furniture, Fornasarig for fabrics and upholstery, and Ceramica Sant’Agostino for bathroom tiles. A destination for those in search of a stimulating place where they can interact, work, and relax.
