Sofas, the latest models to give your home a fresh look

Porada - Ph. Ruggiero Scardigno
Modular, comfortable, with a refined aesthetic and sartorial details: a selection of furnishings designed to make every home interior truly unique
Among the featured products at the last Salone del Mobile, design sofas were undoubtedly among the high points. Notable for their soft and enveloping lines, they break with the traditional image of the sofa understood as a rigid and composite object by adapting naturally to different contexts and styles. The heart of the design research is comfort, interpreted as a total experience of relaxation, but also a concern for sartorial details. Sophisticated, tactile textile upholstery enhances the hand-crafted quality and know-how of the manufacturers, increasingly oriented towards innovative solutions in terms of both design and materials.
Julie Richoz, a French-Swiss designer, styled the Commedia sofa for Campeggi. The rug is not a simple accessory, but a standout element. It wraps the upholstery in a soft layer of wool, stretches, wrinkles and transforms the sofa into a bed, ready to welcome an unexpected guest. The silhouette is conceived as a collage, a puzzle of heterogeneous elements that achieve perfect harmony: a wooden bar, two sculpted armrests, a long mattress, the blanket, the cushions. Each component engages with the others to create a sofa that combines lightness with modularity.
The Standard sofa by Edra expresses the height of comfort. The key element is the intelligent cushion, while the backs and armrests can be shaped as desired with a simple gesture of the hand. In this way they become low, high, oblique, enveloping or functional, adapting to every need for relaxation. The seats, deeper than usual, invite you to discover informal, welcoming well-being. Standard also offers maximum compositional freedom: seats of different shapes and depths can be freely combined to create linear, corner or free-plan solutions, fully customizable.
The Not Only White sofa, designed by Daniele Lago, expands the N.O.W. line with a modular system by Lago that can be fully customized in colors and finishes. Featuring bands of different widths that wrap around the structure, this sofa makes for endless material and chromatic combinations through the combinations of different colors and fabrics in both the backrest and the seat. Designed to offer the maximum of comfort, it stands out by its soft forms and deep, welcoming seat. The cushions, with irregular forms, enhance its personality and make it a unique piece, capable of combining design and functionality.
Styled by Giuseppe Viganò, the Koji modular sofa from Porada stands out with its soft and generous lines. The individual modules make for multiple configurations and are embellished with an elegant solid wood detail framing the seat, so creating refined contrasting textures and enhancing the softness of the padding. Comfortable and functional, it has fully removable covers and can be upholstered with fabrics and leathers from the Porada collection, for finely tailored customization.
Elegant lines and refined details define the Stylish Club sofa by Margem Sofa. Notable for its discreet base, designed to enhance the luxurious appearance of the structure, it comprises wooden elements that add warmth and texture to the design. This sofa embodies everything you want in a high-end lounge suite: comfort, sophistication and personality. Perfect for contemporary decors, it also adapts naturally to more eclectic spaces, thanks to its versatility.
A curved and essential design for the Modius sofa from Leolux designed by Hanne Willmann. Youthful, contemporary aesthetics meet sophisticated comfort, in a perfect balance between form and function. It stands out by the two heights of its backrest and its soft armrests, designed to encourage a restful posture and ensure periods of authentic relaxation. An elegant detail in the upholstery, right at the point where the back and armrest meet, adds a sartorial touch that enhances the care lavished on the design.
