SaloneSatellite 2027 will be back at the Rho Fiera Milano fairgrounds from 13th to 18th April as part of the Salone del Mobile.Milano, the leading international furnishing and design industry event.
In total, 700 designers from 39 different countries took part in the most recent edition of the event dedicated to emerging talents, founded and curated by Marva Griffin Wilshire, testament to its role as an unmissable appointment with creativity and an international point of reference for companies on the lookout for new designers.
This year, as always, the event included the SaloneSatellite Award, celebrating the talent and creativity of the emerging designers, presented to three of the most deserving entrants having interpreted the challenge and created projects presenting an opportunity to reflect on the future of furnishing, with a huge focus on the issues of sustainability and the new digital technologies.
Applications to take part in SaloneSatellite 2027 may be made up to 30th August 2026 and must include material relating to 3 completed projects (between 1 and 3 jpg photos per project in 16:9 format, max 100 MB – and a short description in English no longer than 300 keystrokes, spaces included), along with personal details.
