Tubes celebrates the 20th anniversary of MILANO, one of the company’s most representative projects, which marked a turning point in the way the radiator is interpreted within space, demonstrating its ability to remain relevant over time. Designed by Antonia Astori and Nicola De Ponti in 2006, MILANO continues to evolve today, furthering this exploration within an experimental and collective context. Mercado Moderno presents a curated selection of Brazilian modernist and contemporary design at Salone Raritas, the new Salone del Mobile.Milano exhibition space dedicated to limited edition design and high-end creative manufacturing. The selection brings together iconic mid-century pieces by Joaquim Tenreiro, Jorge Zalszupin, Giuseppe Scapinelli, Percival Lafer and OCA alongside contemporary works by Inês Schertel and Rodrigo Garcia’s Estudio D Tiempo series, including ‘The Creation of Time,’ a new collection of sculptural sundials in aluminium and bronze that question our relationship with time.

Pianca will also be present at the Salone del Mobile with a project developed in collaboration with Favero Health Projects, a company specialized in healthcare furnishings. The initiative explores a new way of conceiving care environments, making them more welcoming and able to convey a sense of familiarity and well-being.
