L&L Luce&Light - Ginko

Ginko 3.0, 3000K, 15W, 48° sharp, black anodized, shadow-effect filter

Lighting of plants and trees in gardens and parks

Ginko is also an excellent solution for architectural lighting of details and facades. Every version offers a wide range of optics, including very narrow 2° (Ginko 3.0) and 5° (Ginko 2.0), elliptical optics, and sharp optics for light beams with pin-sharp edges.

On the 48° sharp optics, Ginko 3.0 can take a shadow-effect filter that recreates the natural dappled effect of light shining through foliage. The larger models have two types of elliptical optics, adjustable manually using a magnet.

Ginko’s flexibility extends to the availability of versions with a manual zoom lens, to regulate the light output based on the object to be lit. The pad-printed graduations on the trim allow the optics’ opening angle to be set precisely.

Ginko projectors use High Intensity LEDs or COB LEDs, depending on the model, and allow multiple effects to be realised in various usage contexts, given the availability of RGBW (Ginko 3.3 / Ginko 4.3) and RGB (Ginko 2.2) versions alongside white light (2700K, 3000K or 4000K) versions. Ginko with white light offers a choice of CRI 80 and 90 for better colour rendering.

Ginko was awarded an IF Design Award 2019, a Muuuz International Award 2019 and a German Design Award 2020.

Ginko Light shaper

The internal Light Shaper of the Ginko 3.5 framing system enables you to shape the light output with four beam shapers to obtain a myriad of regular and irregular forms, ready to frame objects in light, like works of art. A technology regularly used in museum lighting now moves outdoors to frame architectural details and patches of greenery with pin-sharp light shapes that follow their contours precisely.
