TRAVERSO | Design Carlo Colombo
A table that moves through space with clarity, creating connections between material, function, and architecture.
Traverso is sculptural, yet never rigid. Its presence anchors the space, expressing both solidity and lightness, elegance and restraint. Material becomes the protagonist: among the other options, the table legs can be crafted using the Re-Glassing technique, a process that regenerates glass from disused solar panels. Reduced in dust and combined with natural binders, the material slowly takes shape, forming a unique mineral surface, with subtle ripples and refined imperfections – traces of time and memory embedded in the glass.
As a result, Traverso’s legs go beyond mere support: they become true functional sculptures, embodying a process of renewal, circularity, and responsible luxury. Each configuration enhances density, texture and visual depth, transforming the table into a piece where aesthetics and sustainability meet in a measured and poetic gesture.
