This 4-zone hob is designed for maximum ergonomic cooking. It features a function that allows you to merge two cooking zones, ensuring uniform power and temperature for larger cookware. A 26.5 cm cooking zone is also dedicated to large trays and griddles, allowing faster cooking: its power is higher than that of traditional induction hobs. The touch slider control lets you manage the hob in a highly intuitive way and adjust all functions.

As with the Warming mode, it is ideal for slow cooking, heating milk and broth, preparing creams and sauces without overheating, and keeping ready meals warm. The hob can be connected via Bluetooth to Elica hoods, which automatically adjust lighting and extraction based on the active cooking zones.

The product is also available in the exclusive Raw version, a finish that further enhances its distinctive and contemporary character. The anti-fingerprint surface of the Ratio Connex 804 Plus Raw is more resistant to scratches and wear, greatly simplifying all cleaning operations and keeping the hob looking impeccable over time.
