Lhov is an invention by Fabrizio Crisà, Chief Design Officer of the Italian company at the forefront of cooking appliances and already a global leader in extraction systems. Authenticity, beauty, and functionality come together in a unique way, expressing the excellence of Elica’s creativity and design. It combines high performance, professional-inspired features, and a powerful extraction system that, for the first time, removes odors and vapors not only from the exctractor hob but also from the oven.

Available in glossy black glass, matt black, and matt white. The matt black finish blends perfectly with Lhov’s design elements, giving the product a unique personality. The extractor surface with the sophisticated Raw finish is a brilliant solution for cleaning and maintenance: it resists scratches, reduces visible marks from pots and utensils, and protects against fingerprints, ensuring long-lasting beauty. The matt white finish prevents reflections while enhancing its essential, ultra-linear design, conceived to integrate harmoniously with kitchen furnishings.

Its only “standard” feature is its size (90x36 cm), allowing seamless integration while optimizing space and enhancing any kitchen design. The aesthetic impact is remarkable, thanks to its extreme linearity and the continuity of glass surfaces, completely free of knobs and handles.

Lhov stands out not only for its design but also for its powerful extraction core, capable of removing fumes and odors from both the hob and the oven. This means no more bursts of hot air and steam when opening the oven, and no more unpleasant front airflow carrying odors during cooking. The system features Long Life Filter++, designed to ensure optimal performance and superior odor filtration capacity. These filters can last 3 to 5 years, avoiding frequent replacements, reducing waste, and simplifying maintenance. With Selective Autocapture, Lhov detects active cooking zones and activates extraction only where needed—saving energy. Efficiency is further improved by a system that reduces extraction power at the end of cooking to eliminate residual vapors.

The newly designed oven also introduces multiple innovations. On the outside, the handle-free glass door is a masterpiece of aesthetics and tactile pleasure: it opens and closes smoothly with a simple touch. Inside, the cavity is 30% wider than traditional ovens, allowing maximum flexibility:

• Side by Side, placing two trays on the same level for complementary dishes or double portions

• All In, with spacious trays for large foods

• Little & Many, for cooking multiple small portions

Traditional cooking can be combined with steam for lighter, healthier dishes. The Air Frying mode reduces oil usage while enhancing flavor and crispiness. The Grill can be activated on just half the cavity, saving energy and reducing consumption. The oven can also be set automatically based on recipes: simply select the type of dish, quantity, and desired doneness, and Lhov will manage the entire process, including switching off. For selected automatic programs, a dedicated QR code provides access to a complete guided recipe with clear, step-by-step instructions.

You can also monitor the internal temperature of food using a smart sensor probe: the oven switches off automatically when cooking is complete. Alternatively, you can program sequential cooking modes to perfectly proof, bake, and finish dishes.

Finally, Lhov’s extractor hob redefines induction cooking standards. Never before has an extractor cooktop featured five cooking zones—powerful and combinable, suitable even for large pots. It includes professional-inspired automatic functions:

• Melting Mode for gently melting butter and chocolate

• Warming Mode for slow cooking or keeping dishes warm

• Simmering Mode to maintain a gentle boil without spills

You can also preset different power levels for each zone: each zone activates at the selected power when a pot is detected.

And the controls? The intuitive digital display, as easy to use as a smartphone, allows you to manage Lhov with a single finger. It’s a true control center: ergonomic, interactive, and connected. The experience becomes even more seamless with Voice Assistant control, enabling you to manage key functions using your voice—from selecting cooking programs to monitoring dishes, opening the oven door, and adjusting extraction.

Power management is intelligent too: you can set a maximum power limit during installation to prevent overloads. Lhov alerts you when you’re approaching the limit, allowing you to decide whether to exceed it or not.

The continuous surface ensures maximum hygiene, and for the oven, the hydrolytic cleaning program makes maintenance simple and effective.
