Carlo Cracco, of Venetian origins, but by now "adopted" by the city of Milan, where he took his first steps with Gualtiero Marchesi. After experiences in France, he led Enoteca Pinchiorri to 3 Michelin stars. He then opened his first restaurant, Le Clivie, in Piedmont, and in 2001 opened Cracco Peck in Milan, later simply Cracco, which obtained 2 stars. Since 2018, he has been at the Michelin-starred Cracco in Galleria, also in Milan.
