“It now takes an expert touch to recognise the difference between indoor and outdoor fabrics. The only difference in outdoor fabrics lies in their composition: skilled polypropylene weaves capable of withstanding the assaults of the sun, of chlorine and of sea water. Fabrics thus help to free us of the distinction between indoor and outdoor, as does design: sofas and small tables for the garden, just like the living room, and rugs, and lighting.” - full article
