The previews of the upcoming edition continue with the names of the companies taking part and the new layout of the spaces. The full list will be published over the next few weeks

The countdown to the 62nd edition of the Salone del Mobile.Milano, from 16th to 21st April, has begun. Further details will be revealed over the next few weeks during the US legs of the  Road to Salone 2024, a new road tour featuring meetings together with digital insights, geared to fostering open dialogue with the entire design community in what is a key market for the industry.

Following the preview of Pavilions 22/24 and 9/11, details of all the event protagonists are gradually being disclosed. Pavilions 14 and 18 will form the backdrop for leading names that have made the history of Italian design on one side, with emerging names that are coming to the fore and shaping the design scene with their proposals on the other. The many leading companies being hosted include Cattelan Italia, Arketipo, Pedrali, Nardi as well as companies of great interest and quality such as Secolo, Dresswall, Fantin, Tato, Milla & Milli, Mindo, Kriptonite Italia, ST-Systemtronic, RS Barcelona, Lithea.

Also hospitality is one of the leading themes inside Pavilions 14 and 18, with the companies such as Quadrifoglio Group. The proposals are built around a new concept of hospitality, unveiling trends, material and process innovations and proposing unique designs that will make their mark on the history of design. Unique projects that respond to the challenges of today, capable of generating economic and social value inside a constantly evolving industry.

Flexibility, functionality, sustainability and versatility. Pavilions 14 and 18 also provide a good look at the office world, with proposals boasting a high content of design and innovation, taking a transversal approach to the concept of the office by leveraging avant-garde solutions within a residential context. Among the brands: Quinti Sedute, Slalom acoustic & partition systems e Martex.

Pavilions 14 and 18 will serve not just as an exhibition space, but as a meeting point for industry professionals and design lovers, a place where ideas can be aired, triggering the creative partnerships and exchanges that constitute the drivers of the furnishing and design sector. Testament to this is the stunning arena designed by Formafantasma, in continuity with their project for Euroluce at the 2023 edition. The arena is entirely given over to the Salone public, a multifunctional space for gathering for talks and round tables and business meetings, and opportunities for rest or breaks during visits. The design duo composed of Andrea Trimarchi and Simone Farresin was also responsible for the bookshop created with Corraini again this year, a catalyst for encounters and finding inspiration in research or collectible titles, limited edition artwork, small artifacts and one-off pieces.

Rounding off the visitor experience, the exhibitor list (the pre-catalog is available at this link) is a key tool, designed to boost visibility and generate new relationship and business opportunities. It is a tool available to the companies to help promote and display their offering quickly and efficiently.
