The intuitive digital control panel offers access to over 400 automatic cooking programmes—simply select the food type and desired outcome. The oven adapts settings accordingly. Model 1S features an integrated steam condensing hood with professional active carbon filters, effectively absorbing cooking vapours and eliminating kitchen odours. After cooking, the oven assesses cleanliness, suggesting an optimal automatic wash easily initiated with a touch, utilising Unox's patented water and eco-friendly detergent solution.
