From the unmistakable creativity of the great Japanese artist Aki Kuroda, and the collaboration with the Yoyo Maeght Art gallery, SLIDE created the sculptures Bunny and Cosmo Bunny.
Dall’estro creativo del grande artista giapponese Aki Kuroda, e dalla collaborazione con la galleria Yoyo Maeght, ecco le sculture Bunny e Cosmo Bunny. Il progetto nasce nel 2008 da un incontro tra l’artista giapponese e Giò Colonna Romano, fondatore di SLIDE, nell’ambito del progetto SLIDE Art, in cui il connubio tra arte e design raggiunge il culmine in termini di creatività e ricerca. L’opera, realizzata in numero limitato, diventa proprio quest’anno, in concomitanza dell'avvento dell'anno cinese del Coniglio, un oggetto di design: la versione più piccola, Bunny, e la versione grande, Cosmo Bunny, sono la sintesi perfetta tra la scultura artistica, per la loro forma inconfondibile, e la produzione industriale, creati in polietilene attraverso lo stampaggio rotazionale Grandi orecchie e sguardo stralunato, la silhouette inconfondibile di Bunny e Cosmo Bunny riempie gli ambienti con il suo adorabile carisma.
