Ryoba, the table designed by Piero Lissoni, pays tribute to natural materials and the beauty of imperfection. This table has extruded aluminum, brass effect anodized legs and a very thick top in solid European cherry wood. The triangular legs create a trestle on which the thick top rests. The top is made of solid wood boards, all different from one another, carefully selected by the master woodcarver and assembled without glue and leaving a thin split. The Franciscan proportions of the table, long and narrow to follow the natural size of the logs, invite to a new, intimate conviviality.
