Pulse: A Rhythmic Dialogue of Texture and Light
A true Hering Berlin classic since 1992, Pulse showcases the art of refined relief. The concentric pattern is achieved through a meticulous traditional pottery technique: shellac is applied to air-dried porcelain on a rotating wheel, after which the exposed areas are carefully washed out by hand.
High-fired at 1400°C and hand-polished with diamond tools, the resulting surface is a tactile masterpiece. Beyond its delicate beauty, Pulse is remarkably durable and easy to maintain; cutlery marks can be effortlessly polished off the resistant bisque. Whether as a complete service or combined with our Velvet and Cielo collections, Pulse brings a timeless, structured elegance to the modern table.
Pulse features a concentric relief on bisque porcelain, created via a hand-washed shellac technique. After firing at 1400°C, it’s diamond-polished for a velvety feel. A robust classic, ideal for both home dining and professional hospitality.
