Light, compact and featuring just a few, essential parts with an organic design, this chair is available in two different finishes: natural or coal-grey coloured ash.
Setsu & Shinobu Ito are two Japanese designers with extensive experience working in the fields of architecture, interior, product design, industrial design and packaging. Setsu Ito, a graduate of the University of Tsukuba in Japan, began working with the leader of the Italian design avant-garde Alessandro Mendini at Studio Alchimia, and then with the great master of modern architecture and design, Angelo Mangiarotti. Shinobu Ito, a graduate of Tama Art University in Tokyo, started her career for CBS Sony (Sony Music Entertainment) - Sony Creative Products and went on to obtain a Master’s degree at the Domus Academy in Milan. They opened their own design studio in 1997 and have since been working and consulting for international clients in a wide range of activities in the fields of architectural, interior, industrial and craft design to packaging design.
