Through the use of advanced robots, our product is handled with extreme care. After multiple cycles on abrasive belts to ensure a smooth surface, it undergoes a mirror polishing process to prepare it for the final finishing stages.
Through this fascinating coating and plating process, our faucets' bodies are immersed in an electrolytic bath that deposits a thin layer of a different metal, such as chrome to ensure a durable and protective finish, giving the faucet a shiny and long-lasting appearance.
With the unique precision and expertise of our personnel, the painting is delicately applied to give the faucet its unique color and finish that cannot be achieved through the galvanic process. A powder or liquid coating process is applied depending on the desired type of finish, thus ensuring a distinctive and personalised touch to each piece.
To ensure a perfect adhesion of powder or liquid paint, the components are placed on special frames and introduced into a chamber furnace. At controlled temperatures, tailored to the desired finish, durable results and smooth uniform surfaces are achieved.
