Precise Poetry

Pavilion 2 and 4 - Arena

in collaboration with Milano Design Film Festival

A homage to the 100 years of Lina Bo Bardi, born in Rome in 1914, died in Sao Paolo in 1992, city in which she had moved at the end of the 40s with her husband Pietro Maria Bardi, journalist and gallerist, and where she left some of the most important buildings designed in her career such as the Casa de Vidrio and the Museum of Modern Art. The documentary guided by the testimonies of her collaborators and of those who met her, lead us also in the works of Salvador de Bahia, but above all in the heart of an architect that could face, as a woman, a job considered for men, implanting in this job a special match between ethics and poetics, local culture and modernist feeling, open to life and resistent to the shock of time.
