Serena Scarpello is a journalist and university professor. She is the Managing Director of Delta and URBANO at Most Media Group. She is a lecturer of communication design at NABA in Milan and brand journalism at LUISS School of Government in Rome. She collaborates as a contributor with the Salone del Mobile.Milano. She is the author of the essay Communicate Less, Communicate Better (Ed. Guerini Next). She lives permanently in Milan, after living in Rome, Madrid and Brussels.
