Submission of the set-up project

Exhibiting companies must submit the plan of the installation that they intend to set up within 17 February 2025, uploading it on the Exhibitor portal of Fiera Milano, “Upload Stand Plan” button in the section “Stand Contractor/Caterer Appointment or Upload Stand Plan”. 
The project approval can be viewed in the same section.

The provisions of the Technical Regulations of the event must be adhered to when designing, building and managing exhibition stands.

The Salone del Mobile.Milano Guidelines for designing sustainable trade fair installations contains a list of indications relating to the design and construction of sustainable stands and their management.
