Samarkanda is a silk lamp by Fortuny®, entirely produced and decorated by hand in Venice.
Samarkand is a city in present-day Uzbekistan and part of the famous silk route connecting Venice and China.
The unique shape and typical Fortuny pattern of this silk lamp evoke the fascination of ancient trade journeys and the fusion of cultures they encouraged.
