EuroCucina was first held in 1974 and instantly became the benchmark kitchen event at international level, gathering in around a hundred or so exhibitors on even years, brought together by the wide range and high quality of the products on exhibit. Edition after edition, the event is testament to the importance and centrality of this particular space in contemporary living. Proposals and narratives, reflecting new visions and habits, play out the trends in forms and materials, colours and technologies. Each time the most up-to-date brand research directions are laid bare, modernising the design language of this space, reflecting on the associated uses and rituals, encompassing and enhancing the new routines that are establishing themselves, and strengthening the sense of community and belonging that the domestic hearth has never ceased to evoke.

Within the exhibition, its collateral event FTK (Technology For the Kitchen), set up in 2004 and which attracts some 50 exhibitors to each edition, is a prized opportunity to reflect on built-in technology and cooker hoods thanks to the array of innovative products, concepts and visions of the present, and the near future, of the art of preserving and cooking.
