Jeko - Gervasoni Outdoor

Gervasoni dedicates its outdoor collection to all the different ways of imagining the pleasure to spend time in the open air. A garden, a terrace carved out from the city rooftops, a patio by the sea... outdoor spaces should always be welcoming and special.

Exotic suggestions are alternated with elements of sophisticated essentiality. Traditional outdoor materials are paired with latest generation ones, specifically designed for outdoor furniture, weather resistant yet no less seductive and poetic. Because every open-air space should have its own soul, just like a home. With a special focus on nature and the environment, from the origin of the materials to the production processes.

WEAVINGS

The ancient weaving tradition becomes a must for outdoor furniture using latest generation synthetic fibres, designed to perfectly resist against water and light, maintaining technical qualities and colour features unaltered over time.

METALS

The tenacity of steel, but also the lightness of aluminium, offer the collections an elegant and natural freshness. Treated for outdoor living all year round, they guarantee utmost resistance to ageing and corrosion.

WOOD

Natural and treated teak, ECOTeak and Iroko, bring to the collections the natural textures and tones typical of these species. The workmanship highlights the natural qualities of water and light resistance typical of this wood, without altering its material beauty, a unique feature of wooden furniture

CERAMIC

Just like the home interiors, the outdoor setting enjoys a decorative touch too. Ceramic becomes a contemporary furnishing material, handmoulded and transformed into sinuous oversize vases or poufs with a delicate pop feel. All products in glazed terracotta are made using traditional techniques typical of Vietnam and obtained using wood-fired ovens built with refractory bricks. The temperature and exposure to light and air during the production process makes each piece unique, each with its own textural qualities and colours. Time may leave its mark on the glazed surface with a light craquelure, which, however, never compromises either the beauty or strength of the pieces.
